January 9, 2006 LTS staff was visited by Dell Computers representatives
in recognition of outstanding sales efforts for 2005. LTS offers its

December 1, 2005 LTS names Brian Dudley and Mike Parrish Technical Directors.
Both Mike and Brian have exhibited outstanding technical support and engineering
skills over the past years. As Directors, each will lead a geographic area for

November, 2005 LTS completes its own Voice Over IP based phone system using
Cisco and Zultys brand equipment.
October, 2005 LTS is selected by another Embassy as provider of choice for
technical support services. The project includes complete re-installation of
network server and negotiation of a savings of over $300/month in costs!
September, 2005 -- LTS provides a solution for a multi location property
management company that allows for remote building security control, video
monitoring, and high speed wireless access to HVAC systems. The solution
uses low cost DSL and Cable Internet access and state of the art Sonic Wall
applicances. A VPN is created so that the main office can unlock doors, change
schedules, monitor DVR Video Cameras, and activate/deactivate key fobs.
May, 2005 -- Preakness Celebration utilizes LTS to provide consulting and support

2000 - The Legal Technology Solutions,
LLC. ("LTS") supported Rock
The Vote tour just completed a 25 city, cross country concert
tour. LTS provided a wirefree, secure Internet solution to allow
online voter registration during outdoor venues. The LTS solution
included Proxim and 3Com
wireless products as well as election registration software from
Election.com. LTS's CEO, Steven
S. Stern said, "This was a great opportunity for us to
demonstrate not only our hardware/software integration skills, but
also our creativity in designing technology solutions." The
solution included over a dozen wireless laptops connected to a wireless
file server. The data was uploaded using a secure connection to
Election.Com's servers to
protect the confidentiality of the registering voters. When asked
why wireless, Stern answered, "With each city came new challenges.
For example, we could not know in advance where the tents were going
to be placed relative to phone wires and power -- so our design
allowed each voter registration station to be placed anywhere within
1000 feet of the main server. All the onsite person had to do was
flip open the server, flip open the laptops and they were connected!
No wires, no external power required!"
